The actual bag I use is a Kelly Moore Classic...it is pricey but PERFECT-it is my purse and allows me to carry my camera with me always.

My "BGC" (Big Girl Camera) just got upgraded. I went from a Nikon D3100 to a Nikon D7000...It.is.amazing.
Lenses:
1. The D7000 came with the 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR ED Nikkor Lens and I have been using that a lot. 
2. My prime lens is the Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX Lens for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras
3. I kept the zoom lens that came with my D3100. It is a kit lens but will do for now. It is the Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR [Vibration Reduction] Nikkor Zoom Lens
