Awhile ago, when I was putting my daughter to bed, I somehow saw these signs for the first time. She had something similar in our old house but I thought that she forgot/didn't need it/outgrew it. They are signs to be put on the outside of the door that you can interchange according to the situation. The one that amuses me the most is "Do not Enter...Princess is MAD". But my real favorite one is the one that instructs you not to come in due to Julia READING. Never a dull moment with kids in the house!
