I am always proud of myself when I plan ahead properly to know before I get home from work what I will be making for dinner. This was one of those nights-it might be easy for many people-to have all the stuff in the house to "whip something up" for dinner but not me! I have a few standbys but I usually have to look at my recipe file and shop for the needed ingredients on the weekend for said gastronomically planned week. This was a stirfry that I sort of did just "whip up"...have you had the yakisoba noodles from Costco? YUM! I threw in some chicken and some veggies (do you see the bok choy back there?) and added some stir fry sauce and voila! What are your favorite standbys for dinner?
