I NEVER thought I would EVER live in a "cookie cutter" neighborhood. I found my way here and am so very glad that I did. I love my house-it is not too big and not too small, the yard is a manageable size, we have a great home warranty deal, I get to be the first owner, we back up to power lines (no houses back there!) and, the best part, we are all creating a really great community of people here.
This is the view from one side of my backyard. It always looks kind of cool to me since the houses "step up"... even that scotch bloom looks sort of pretty (aaaaaa choooo!).
A few other edits just for fun....not so "cookie cutter" anymore huh? This effect came from adding Kim Klassen's "vintage" and doing a multiply blending mode-crazy huh?
I so need to try that trick - my neighborhood is the same way.
