This is "Captain Eddie". Boating is his passion and he LOVES to go out on the boat for the entire summer by himself and with friends/family when they can join him.
He was rowing around and chatting with different people-boat people are good peeps....
When at anchor, Captain Eddie plays Taps for the entire anchorage (and who knows who else gets to hear it??). It is quite impressive!
