POTD Day 152: First Day of Third Grade!

Here is my girl-8 going on 15! We both had a great day at school today...here we go!

I took that first shot and realized that my white balance was still set for those low key shots..ooops! This is a bit better-thanks Rachel! It is noisy but her being "cute as a bug's ear" makes up for it (says her unbiased mom!).

    happy first day of school! and did you know that white balance is easily corrected in photoshop elements? ; )

    I thought that that was the big benefit of having LightRoom (which I do not have). I heard that Tacoma averted striking and went back-...yahoo!

    Oh man Rachel-blogger didn't like my putting part of the above message in carats.. so it isn't even shown.. I had before that whole statement above "looking frantically under menus to find white balance correction".. I ended up going to enhance..adjust color...remove color cast (or something like that)...
